5-7-5-7-7 No Tanka; Wink, escape, assume, forget and lose!
A chapter in the book Oh Life!
Really!
by Alcreator Litt Dear
This is no Tanka poem; I wink it today to remember on the required day but, I forget/fail to trace it out; I promise like a good man not to wink, fail to remember; at last I lose! Drama goes on
Background (Edited)* The Book of Poetry: Poems composed in different formats; poems on experiences of experimental living in dimensions I think to relate Later! I wink it somehow, 'Oh here,' trust my heart. 'Summon day' comes, where is it? Shame! Re-vow! Daily shows loss most! |

As you wished, I have endeavoured this challenge free verse poem in 5-7-5-7-7 syllables
No, no, no, this is neither a Tanka, nor an acrostic free verse poem
I have composed this free verse poem in 5-7-5-7-7 syllables; but, this is not a Tanka poem; really, this is a free verse challenge poem, as you wished
No, no, this is not a contest entry
No, no, no, this is not an acrostic poem
This is an independent Chapter 7 / 22 of the Book
Shame! = Intentionally used to express - What a shame!
Re-vow! = Intentionally used to express I re-vow! Or, I dare to promise / re-vow; poetic licence used
Summon day = this is symbolic, nothing religious, I wish to refer to the day when I may be required to produce or use the thing(s) again for authentication/truth/verification in course of living
It seems funny, but it happens in our courses of living like daily drama, sometime, we do keep thing(s), we wink at some moment to remember it, but we forget, and on the required day we fail to find or fail to trace it out or fail to submit and naturally we experience loss, but, we repeat again and again, and the dramas go on; living goes on
Reviewers' challenge: Try to catch or find out the hidden word in the poem, if you fail to, I shall be pleased to provide you the word, if you send PM / write me
Enjoy!
