Supreme Sacrifice

Every Anzac Day

Lest We Forget sounds fill the air
Bugle calls ring out
Wreaths of remembrance placed with care
Every Anzac Day

Thoughts of soldiers gone to war
Never to return
Young people answered their country's call
Every Anzac Day

Australian flags are hoisted high
On the sunrise dawn
Last Post is played across the sky 
Every Anzac Day 

It is because of them that we now live
Upon this land so free
We gather together and relive
Every Anzac Day
