You carry me through
the depth of your valley
and let me swim playfully
in your placid sea.

Each mile you stroll with me
through our minds' garden
reveals the tenderness
of your kindred spirit.

You speak the language of love
and breathe the air of romance.

My heart is full because of
your unfailing kindness;
and my life,
inspired by your compassion,
bears the fruit
of eternal desire.
