Massie's dad comes back.

Ghost Dad

by Raul1

Massie's dad has passed away. She missed him very much. She lived alone in the suburbs of Chicago. She still has thought of him. Massie has always lived alone in her apartment. It was too cold and windy outside.

She was working in a flower shop. Massie was an expert in flowers and knows how to feed them. She came back home at night, after all the hard work she had done. Inside her apartment she cooled down on her sofa. A transparent mysterious figure that looks like her dad came out of the blue.

"No! It can't be! Dad?" She asked. It never answered her. It was a ghost. It might have been her deceased father reaching out for her. Massie went to her room and fell asleep. She woke up at four a.m. in the morning and saw a ghost in front of her.

"Massie!" the ghost called out.

"Is that you, dad?" Massie asked.

"Yes, it's me. Your dad!" Dad responded.

She cried out of happiness that she saw him again. Massie approached him and hugged her ghost father.

"I'm glad you're back, dad!" Massie cried.

"I came back, because I wanted to tell you that everything is alright. You don't need to worry about me," dad said.

"I am still mourning to you. I just lost you. How are you?" Massie asked.

"I am alright," dad said.

"It is weird seeing you as a ghost," Massie said.

"I know," Dad said.

They had a long conversation about the old good memories they had together. She was laughing with her dad. They start talking about that she is still her little girl.

"I need to go now," dad said.

"I love you, dad. I will never forget you. I feel better now that you came back to see me," Massie said.

"I am too. I will always be with you to protect you from any danger," dad said.

Massie cried out of happiness. She told him goodbye. Her dad left up to Heaven. She went back to her room and fell back asleep.
