the scent of seasons

A chill scent of snow
on winter crisp gusts,

gentle spring winds
swirl in lilac'd fragrance,

summer strides in
cloaked with dew flecked grass,

smoke~laden fall breezes
play with trees, going past.

The scents of the seasons
vibrant and pleasing
