Autumn

God made for us four seasons...
Autumn, Summer, Winter, and spring.
And for all of these seasons,
he made the most wonderful things.
For Winter he made bare branches,
covered in gleaming white snow.
For Summer he made the birds that sing,
and Spring when green things first begin to grow.
Yet I like Autumn most of all,
when the air turns crisp and cold.
When the leaves of different colors Fall,
Red, orange, and gold.
To celebrate the season, our bonfire lights the sky.
Flames of red and orange soaring up so high.
I cherish all four seasons, but Autumn most of all.
When the leaves of red, orange, and gold,
first, begin to Fall.
