Exceptional
This work has reached the exceptional level
Just five friends messin' around in the snow...

Bowling on Turtle Hill

Bowling poem Contest Winner 

We set ten make-shift pins in place
There at the base of Turtle Hill –
Not really pins but garbage cans,
Nothing inside: no pain, no spill…
 
The five of us were set on top
And held the sledding disk for Jill –
She donned her helmet and shin guards,
Crouched tight like a tornado drill…
 
'Cuz Jill, she was the ball, you see,
O’er ice and snow she flew downhill –
Took out six cans: she stood, we cheered!
Next up: the spare belongs to Bill...

Write a 4 line, 3 stanza poem about bowling. Second and fourth line in each stanza must rhyme.
