Your'e as young as you feel

I'm old in years but not in mind.
Folks all say my body's still fine.

I can touch my toes and walk several miles
and really enjoy a night out on the tiles.

I write stories and books all the time,
do crosswords and quizzes, write poems that rhyme.

No I'm not doing bad, still having nookie.
Though I say it myself, I'm a tough old cookie.
