A battle bet God and Satan

Good and Bad (Evil)

by Willie P. Smith

Good and Bad met in a heart one day.
Good told Bad to leave, Bad swore he would stay

"People want me to stay," was bad's big boast.
"When they weigh Good and Bad, they like bad the most.

I give them more options, bad ways to act.
They keep returning for more, it's a devilish pact.

When Good becomes weak, I become strong.
Every chance I get, I change Good to wrong.

I dwell in the minds of all who do good.
I make Good look bad and misunderstood."

Good in his wisdom would not give in.
He knew Bad would be strong but most battles he'd win.

When Good and Bad ask which path you choose,
One makes you win the other makes you lose.

Choose Good every time, it's the best for you.
You're damned if you don't and blessed if you do.
