My cat reckons it's so hard to get good staff.
A Typical Day: Just Me And My Cat

Clawed awake by cat wanting breakfast. Find slippers – one has been chewed. Trip over cat en route to kitchen. Cat refuses to eat what is offered. Go to bathroom. Notice cat has pulled towels off rails. Have shower. Cat sits and stares at me for the duration. Get dressed. Cat has stolen a sock. Open front door to get newspaper. Skid on half-eaten bird on door mat. Fix breakfast for self. Cat jumps on table to help herself. Cat put outside. Loud miaowing drowns out news on radio. Let cat inside to shut her up.
