Not a good state of mind
I'm scared
Because I'm old
no future
lies ahead.
My friends
are getting ill,
some of them,
now dead.
I'm scared
because I'm old,
can't do what
I did before,
simple things
I used to do
so easily,
now a chore.
My body's weak
I've so much pain.
I feel confused
am I insane?
I'm scared.
