All joyful anticipation,
Seeps out of my being.
Pondering a cancellation.
For seeing another multiplication.
Fleeing.
Ringing up an authority response.
Upon arriving chattering about
The motion on my wall.
Infestations not,
But the deep fear of the eight legged possibilities raw in my head.
