What makes me happy...a Minute Poem

Friends Forever

by June Sargent

Loyal friends make me so happy
Never sappy
Can count them in
through thick and thin

The day we met in second grade
a bond was made
We shared a lunch
with cherry punch

And now our girls are friends as well
They really gel
Sometimes with tears,
but mostly cheers
