One copper leaf

One copper leaf
stuck to the glass,
on a broken pane
of the sugar shack.

Beneath the reds
of an autumn walk
I imagine spring rains,
it becomes unstuck.

Writing Prompt
Write a poem which incorporates at least two colors. The idea is to use colors to infer meaning. Poem may be rhyming or not.
