Love, Loss and Healing

Crippling grief

Burning anger

Years of bliss and happiness end

Tears of pain and sorrow begin

Lonely days

Sleepless nights


Broken heart

Questioning why

Wondering if

Wishing he could turn back time

Why couldn't they grow old together

Self doubt

Sad regrets

Unsaid words


Depression lifts

Acceptance grows

Sunshine breaks through dark winter clouds

Pink cherry blossoms cover the trees

Savoring memories

Healing heart

Breathe again
