A few months ago I went outside to talk to my friend and this stray dog walked up to us. (Itâ??s the dog in the picture). I went door to door looking for his owner. I posted his picture on an app and around the neighborhood. I learned after I found a phone number listed under his chip, that his name is Shadow and that he was adandoned. I ended up adopting him and learned quickly that he has some anxiety issues. Even though the poem is on the sadder side, he is a much more happier and healthier dog compared to when I first found him.
