My Wonderful Widgety Woo

by BlueMarble

Oh what a wonderful thing I’ve got,
I don't know what it is and can't find what it’s not.
I just call it a Widgety Woo,
It always finds things for us to do.
If I throw it hard toward the sky,
It takes me along and then we fly.
We swoop and soar and dive and zoom,
The birds all scatter and give us room.
Sometimes we land on the jungle floor
And hunt for lions when they roar.
Or maybe we fly far out to sea,
Then its a sailor's life for me.
Oh the things I get to see and do,
All because of my Widgety Woo.
Once I even flew past the stars,
I landed on the planet Mars.
When day is over and I’m snuggled in bed,
It curls up inside my head
And dreams up things that we can do.
I'm so glad I've got a Widgety Woo
I wonder if maybe you've got one too?
