God My Father
Do you know what you mean to me?
Unconditional showers of love
Do you see my spirit full of glee?
Floating like a delicate dove

Writing these words to my Savior so grand
Before you with Glory and Honor I freely stand
Walking this earth feeling lost from broken souls
The devil is here except you guide me through the turmoil

Do you feel the love deep within?
My faith to me is an honest win
Do you feel that I'm honestly on track?
An open sinner now minus the mask

Trials and tribulations-a sinner I indeed am
In a heart full of gold attempting to live my Jesus plan
You've had my life planned perfectly all along
As a confused child of God I've done many wrongs

Do you really feel proud of me?
As my soul flows gently and free
Do you know you're top in my world?
So happy that my heart strings curl

Many religions for one to worship everyday
As long as it doesn't promote violence it should be okay
To lose a life based on beliefs makes me physically sick
No reason worship or prayer should feel smokey and thick

God My Father
Do you know I want you to be proud?
While I pretend to float on a cloud
Grateful to be your child under the powerful hand
Thank you for making all things beautiful and grand

Conversations with God My Father are the best
Telling it all to you and never anything less
You always comfort and guide me making it right
I see my faith clearly through the bright light
