Dim Sum Have Some

Have some Dim Sum the array is fun to eat
The nibbling feast of old is delicious hot or cold
Magenta, black and gold, a colorful mosaic to behold
Offerings oh so pretty, your eye will embrace each little ditty
You may not know what you're eating, but memories are worth keeping
Don't worry that there's only two tawny chicken feet, plenty more to eat
The paucity of feet is an exception in this succulent oriental collection
Aromas sour and sweet a bouquet arising from each selection
Sample the shredded barbecued pork; use chopsticks never a fork
Next, the sizzling rice topped with braised beef, a genuine palate treat
Taste the bonnets of pink shrimp with a trace of jellyfish glint
Duck wrapped in crispy lace follow that with a pan-fried toro cake
Ask any Chinese about Dim Sum each will answer, "Yum, Yum."
