The rusty, old Chevrolet door moaned as it opened. A pair of pale legs in desperate need of the sun's touch, stretched to the sandy floor.
My interest piqued.
Strawberry blonde pigtails bounced as she dropped onto the beach.
I was mesmerized.
"Oh no!" I winced as her eyes met mine.
"Hi." She spoke with a fiery glow.
"Um, hey there," was all I was able to muster.
"I'm Lila Bea Stacey," she boasted. "What is your name?" Lila asked as she plopped down beside me.
I spoke not, as my lips pressed against her tender cheek.
Perfect first kiss.
