Lonely Pluto

Lonely Poem Contest Winner 
Pluto lay
beside the bed
His silken ears
in disarray
His sunken eyes
perceiving little
A moan, a wail
at times emitted

Pluto's master
no longer there
Gone forever
Pluto left
Alone
