fragrance too soon diminished to wilted petal
pruned from memory June

love affair paradox earth and prayer
prophesied small minds of men experiencing a seasons end
spiritually inept discerning a working miracles progress

heavens dream dies right between the eyes
unseeing the seed buried in their desolate discovery
inside is immune to mortality

this Rose of life death impugns
finality hewn down with resurrected battleaxe
still beautiful in silver spoons inheritance

thorn protected stance emphasized
wind dances bright red alive in signatures tune
infinite wide her worth blessed

kissed by God and every guests worship
delicate her blooms do immortalize
a fragrance never diminished by wilted petals
