Different physical configurations

Human positions

by persevere

Feet together, body upright
STANDING is a common sight.
Taking a break from that position
SITTING is an obvious decision.
Weight on feet and bent at the knees
This is SQUATTING , not done with ease.
LYING on the other hand
Is the very opposite of having to stand.
KNEELING , shins along the ground
And torso up and visibly sound.
CROUCHING, last position to announce
Stooping low, looking ready to pounce.
