"I moved into my house here in 'Ocean Acres' the Summer of June 1974."
"The house came unfurnished (of course) but it did come with a Kenmore washer and dryer."

"It was time to say goodbye to my dear mother."
"She left here with my younger brother Christopher Steven and moved to the stats of Florida."

"I stayed behind and continued to live in the house in this very day!"
"Utilizing my dryer....
"MY WAY!"
"Now, as time passes, you kinda get used to 'A Routine' and I named that hardy, handy...
"Of Dandy, dryer...

"Now, I replaced the washing machine with a Maytag but as the dryer broke down...
"I would replace the belt or heating element."
"The first time {she broke down}, I replace the heating element."
"(Which was quite easy to do) if you turn the machine over on it's back."
"And, as the years passed, I decided to give her a name...
"She even out lasted the dishwasher my mother Florence used each and ever day!"

"About five years ago, Molly's heating element went again for the very, last, time so...

"I would hang my clothes on the line outside in the Spring and Summer and bring them in to dry by the fireplace.'
