Rough hands tore at the assailant, violently trying to pull him off the girl buried beneath his bulky girth. Other boys piled on top, wild with passion, cheering as the girl was being ground into the grassy field.
"Animals! You're all animals!"
The man was now visibly crying as he fought valiantly, forgetting he was outnumbered. He surrendered only when he was hauled away.
An angry man stomped up and faced the would-be rescuer. "Bob, if you're going to let your daughter play football," the coach shouted, "you're going to have to expect she'll be tackled."
