The Night

As the dark night skies falls
the moon glitzen upon my pale skin
eyes shining upon the stars
moon rises from the shadowy earth
shadows creeping upon mortal souls
bats screeching for blood
creatures roaming through the night
oh how I see the night so bright
whenever I roam
I'm glad to call the darkness my home
