Caught by Love.

by angelface2

She felt it in your warm embrace
As soft as puppy's fur.
She saw it in your smiling face
Then she began to purr.

For love makes a ladies heart sing
Under the mistletoe.
So when you gave to her a ring
She said, "I love you, so."

Your touch is soft like a feather,
Your breath, a summer breeze.
You'll meet in all kinds of weather
Until you become at ease.

I'm afraid you are lost, my friend.
Love's not a simple thing.
You were caught off guard in the end
And now she wears your ring.

You chased her until she caught you
So goes the old refrain.
If you treat her like you ought to,
Her love will fall like rain.

My husband chased me until I caught him. Tee hee.
