About me coming home from hospital

Released from prison

by robina1978

Freed from my own personal prison,
I could draw every spot in the place.
Now at home I feel strange and
not at ease at all.
To get used to the idea of staying alive,
is difficult to say it with an understatement.
Eating differently, walking and all.
Equally hard for me.

I have to take it one day at a time,
and certainly not anymore.

I see my muse flying over the sea,
out of reach though for me or you.
Please muse return to your own home.
