Wearing a wilting crown

Ideals dust the ground

Did I let you down?
Running from this town

Did I let you down?
When I didn't come around

Did I let you down?
Petty pretty plans drown

Did I let you down?
Sleeping around

Did I let you down?
Settling with wrong crowd

Did I let you down?
Differences profound

Did I let you down?
Trust, best is unfound
