Wishing upon a shining star
I slowly close my eyes,
serene silence, concentrating
on my one solitary wish.

With this wish granted to me, I
can have my dream fulfilled,
what I always wanted to happen
this would be so unbelievable.

I have thought of this
often as a girl, it's
what every girl dreams of and
wishes to be one day.

Of course we all dream and plan
our wedding day, our very own
special day to the one
we so dearly love.

The wish that I would
love to come true is to
marry a handsome Prince and
become his fairy tale Princess.

If only there was a Fairy God Mother!
