"The Warming Tree."
"In this place of grace she lies...
Within and old tree of ten plus rests a
young woman's soul, mind, and heart, trad-
etically tore apart...
But...
...
"Ten rungs for resting, withered and darken
from the elements and weather but Miss Emily
Eiseman shall last forever!
With ten, thin, rungs and six carved Christmas
Trees, God must also be their for you and for me!
And yes, although in physical form She can not be
here but She's been welcomed to a place so far in
the upper air!"
...
"You see, Miss Emily, as I write this piece, I visit
You occasionally!
I visit You, Miss Emily and rest my tired and withered
body.
My aching memories of my losses, {a son and a wife} and
yes, this is where I can write and incite my very best.
I say to She...
"You are missed and not forgotten Emily, and You were
and are still loved but You just needed a break for
Your body too, was also in heart-ache."
...
"I touch your rungs and speak out Your Name and sometimes
remember You all the same!
Beautiful in body and spirit, a vibrant teacher who was on
Her path to become, perhaps, a preacher.
A Friend, Helper, Junior, Youth, Leader but you meant so
much more then that to me."
...
"You see, Miss Emily, You were loved by Your friends and
family and my very first, born, daughter by the name of Corey!
You too grow and learned who to be productive members of God's
Immediate family!
You both worked together In the family business {Lucille's
Family Candy Store} cashiering and creating and so very, much,
more!"
...
"You both talked of silly and sderious things, like kissing,
bsbies and marrying things!.
"When you were getting prepared to go to another place You
waited for God's *miracle of life but unfortunately their
was no match.
Undawnted, you single handily rescued the Halloween party for
the children even as You dragged your I.V. around on wheels!
{a Children's Hospital Nurse told me that}."
...
"Yes miss Eimily your were cursed in heath but blessed in soul
as you would not let Your tired and sick body take it's toll!"
Corey said to me just a few weeks before You died...
"Daddy can you take me to Philly to visit Emily? i replied...
"Corey you very well know that I hate driving into that nesty
and dangerous city!"
...
"But I gave in and Corey and Emily spent their very, last,
memories together that sad but happy of days in December!
"Yes, Her memory rests alone but her past achievements go
on and on!"
"A dedicated poem...
"To Touch."
"To touch as I send you a message of Emily's faith...
Her, right hand"...
