Life's Cruelty

I leave this Earth
of God made men
alone and embittered
my soul
forgotten

Alive with dimension
I exist
In a darkened form
abandoned by time

My shadow looms darker
as tic turns to tock
like a drip to a drop
and I sink
deep into fire

For no one sees
the cruelty of the life
that speaks to me
