Shadowed Reality

Like weeds in the fields
Endless in spoil
I search for answers
Of time
And immortality
Of God
And reality

So persistent in gloom
I screech
The whys
Of blackness

So sad
So inwardly
Driven
That only my darkness
Knows the answers
To my soul
