Acrostic poem for contest
Romantic Love
by fayesh
Romance Contest Winner
Red roses, a dozen or more Orders dinner, opens the door Moments are stolen just for two A passionate love to pursue No male ego gets in his way Takes his time to know what to say Instant romance is not his aim
Charming flirtations, not his game
Lots of sweet kisses then begin Open arms and hearts always win Variety, the spice of life
Even a husband for his wife

Writing Prompt Poetry and love have been synonymous since poetry was first invented. Your acrostic poem should relate to this subject. An acrostic is a poem which spells out a word or idea. Sometimes what it spells out is the the title of the poem itself. Usually the first letter of each line spells out this key word. |
