struggling with life

heart,the path..life

by sadariel

Be..continuous in your endeavors, never go astray
the path is your way,
the path is my way,
but which is the way to your heart?
Life leads us through trails,
unwinding..yet binding!! so obscured we lose our way!
but we never know where the life in our hearts go,
does it beat?and fade away?
dust in the wind, footsteps in the sand,
all signs are gone from the path
and life leads us through the motions of shuffling feet,
further away from the beat of the heart.

I just BEAT...hear the tattoo?
follow the rhythm it rises.
slowly i rise.
let the sea take my footprints
the wind take my last breath
from the place of my last sunrise.
where i cried,
loved,
i lived and ultimately died.
on the path i was never equipped for,
that we..
were so ill prepared.
then we got on the road like drunken fools!!!
and were slaughtered by fear!
we were the brave,
we stood on the brink !!
with wide smiles and confidence and not a moment spared to think!
that maybe we should wait..
listen..for our beat
shut our mouths and silence eager feet..
instead of plunging arms open,
eyes...faithfully closed
expecting a path riddled with happiness and hope
Now where to go hmm? left?....right?
your heart should tell you offer you some light

one...two..three..four
again
one..two..three..four
