A chapter in the book Flash Fiction
The Perfect Story
by Begin Again
"Turn the light off."
"I'm reading a real good story."
He reached across me and hit the switch. The room went dark.
"Hey, why did you do that?"
He didn't answer, but I felt his breath against my skin. His lips brushed my neck. He nibbled gently on my ear lobe. His tongue flickered across my lips, teasing me. He gently kissed me. He kissed me again with more passion.
A fire exploded inside me and I eagerly returned his kiss. Our breathing was ragged with desire.
He stopped. The light came on.
"Sorry, you can continue reading."
"Shut off the light. I like your story better."
"Turn the light off."
"I'm reading a real good story."
