Sunshine's on my window,
Sorrow's at the door,
Your fingers strum a sad song,
One I simply can't ignore.
My mind tells me that I must go,
My heart begs me to stay,
Through falling tears I close my eyes
To wait another day.

This song verse is inspired by thoughts of my daughter...She struggles with her relationship. Though she knows it would be better for her to walk away, something keeps pulling her back even though she is so unhappy.
