If

If there's no God, it's like a ship, adrift in stormy seas;
if there's no captain guiding course, there's none to thank or please.
If there's no God, we are all fools and life's a joker's game.
If there's no hope or distant dream then God can't take the blame.

But if there is, God owns all things, this Earth, all it contains,
He gave us charge of all the World -- as stewards He ordains.
When He returns then we've destroyed and poisoned all He owns,
If we ignore and say "who cares" it's evil man condones.

Once, long ago man walked with God, he wore creation's tent,
He was immortal and God's son, in all this posed and meant.
He was God's crown, His son and heir, but then he lost God's trust,
He disobeyed, destruction laid, he was consigned to dust.

And yet God swore by His own name, that He would rescue man.
So when you hear, "Child come to me." He's made another plan.

He offers grace, forgiveness too, but Adam, where are you?
