Reflections prose

Eye of the Beholder

by EILEEN LAW

Excuse me sir, but I have a need

To deliver myself relief, to pee!

Can you direct me to my release?

To the room, if you please?

I have heard of your exquisite taste

To which I must see, so make haste

Your restaurant artwork and the décor

The leather inside and the velour

But one pretty picture I must see

The beautiful woman in reverie

It hangs upon the restroom wall

Her beauty is above them all!
