I wait for you

Lust for life

I roam through this life untethered

Gliding past warm bodies never touching

Am I here, am I not here, It matters not

You pass by my resting place

I find no rest here, I never did

Always and forever I have been alone

I searched for belonging and found none

Wandering the earth always alone

No mate to be had in this darkness

Then, you stroll by my tombstone

There is a fresh cut on your finger

Nirvana, you are here my love

Soon, I will have form to greet you

With one small bite you will be mine

Your blood calls to mine, my beloved
