Under the heart

Dip Me

Dip me into the water where it warms my body and chills my mind. Dip me into the water where my body steams up the river. Floating like air, calm and relaxed. Dip the eagerness away, fear and whatever else is unclean. Dip, but don't drown me. Pull me back to the place where the sun shines over the horizon and shadows the deep valley.
