Follow your passion

The life of a dance teacher has been such a pleasure.

The fun and the laughter no scale can measure.
 
Friends sometimes say. 'When will you retire?'

I ask them 'Why! When there’s still desire.

How can you give up part of yourself?
I'm not quite ready to put my shoes on the shelf.

There may be a time when my body will say.
'Time to give up.' But until that day.

I'll go down to the hall where my dancers meet.
With smiles on their faces and flight in their feet.
