little baby go to sleep or the ‘Boogieman’ will eat you up
'El Coco' lurks very close inside your closet or behind the door
'Baba Yaga' watches you with yellow eyes outside your window
sleep little one, sleep now! or ‘el Hombre del Saco’ will take you away

I wrote two lullabies today, number one is sweet, and number two is horror. In many countries, lullabies are scary. It's part of the culture and parents didn't think about the aftermath of their songs on little kids. I remember feeling sometimes scared or sad. But look at me, I survived! lol
Most horror lullabies are about some kind of boogie man that takes the kids away if they are not good and go to sleep quick.
England = the Boogeyman, boogie man, bogieman
Spain = El Hombre del Saco (sack man) or El Coco
Russia = Baba Yaga
