I fear the immediate future with a tyrant in control.

Will the Truth Set Us Free?

Far too many of us have allowed a tyrant rise
Despite his heart so cold, Trump has been granted the prize
Promises to rule with a punishing iron hand
Crushing everyone who wanted truth to take a stand
Many immigrants are now weeping in fearful dread
Their dreams of a better life now have been dashed and bled
Trump is a person with a heart that lies and connives
His cruelty is already cloaking many lives
Tariffs and inflation will climb to a new high
Rich have no problem, we folks will find it hard to buy
Trump will cause justice to crumble and freedom to fall
Republicans see the truth for the good of us all

Hope that a blue wave in 2026 will rise and grow
Blocking and stopping Trump's egotistic, maniacal flow
