Exceptional
This work has reached the exceptional level
A Dog and Her BFF

Little Swish and Twinsie

Little Swish and Twinsie,

     buddies ‘til the end.

It seems they are insep’rable,

     puppydog and friend.

 

Little Swish is naughty,

     chewing shoes and pens and hats.

She runs away, won’t listen well,

     and terrorizes cats.

 

So when she gets Time Out for this,

     Job One for her to do

Is go collect her Twinsie,

     her prison bud, true blue.

 

She’s yet to puncture Twinsie

     or do her any harm.

Instead, she only snuggles

     with her – cozy, safe and warm.

 

We all could use a Twinsie,

     a creature whom we love.

And if they also look like us?

     Well, that’s a cut above!
