Inside, Abby snapped photos.
Chuckling, she asked, "Anyone home?"
Her recorder crackled.
She rewound and listened.
Someone snarled, "Get out! "
A shadow shifted. The door slammed.
Words echoed. "You shouldn't have come."
Layla's reflection was in the mirror.
"Don't go!"
"Layla, it's not haunted."
"I'm staying here, Abby."
"Layla, it's not haunted."
