God made it easy for us

Believe!

These days, we’ve grown too soft

Heroes of old had not our privileges

Existence was cruel and harsh

-

Growing in Truth meant sacrifice

Opposition from family and friends

Seeking shelter from the elements

Pursuing seemingly impossible plans

Enlightening those who would listen

Leading those who believed

-

Openly persecuted by rulers and liars

Fierce brutality suffered for the Cause

-

Jesus showed the way to all

Offended, yet not seeking retribution

He suffered cruelty and death

Now, all we do is believe
