what is love but temporary insanity?

temporary insanity

by jake cosmos aller

a married man

was having a heated argument

with his wife.

------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

they had been married

about twenty years.

they had very different personalities

opposites do attract.

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

and at times

they irritated each other.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

After hearing a tirade

of built up complains,

he turned to her

and said.

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

“Well if I am so horrible

And do things so wrong

Why the hell did you marry me?”

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

She smiled,

“Temporary insanity my dear

Which has lasted these twenty years”

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

They laughed

And fell in love again.

As they always did

After arguing.
