Midnight Blues

This shade of blue boasts of its might

when it ambushes dawn, purely out of spite.

Engulfs every nook and cranny, even the deepest seas

and millions of children

into an irrational unease...

This envious blue surrounds us all,

while monsters and terrors rise and fall...

Our skies shield us, its senseless sheep,

sending us home, to a state called sleep.

But beyond, the reckless see blue a puppeteer,

manipulating the ordinary like a poacher to deer!

As constellations, old crescent, dazzle in their full glory,

they shape every midnight event.Like an age-old story...
