Blossoming
Our sole tree
by Joanne Gill-Maddick
In our yard sits one lone tree. The tree looked very unhealthy and sad. My husband was going to cut it down. I am thankful he didn’t because our tree is now thriving and blossoming. It has lots of new growth. Swallows have babies in our birdhouse in the tree. Quite entertaining watching mama bird feeding her babies. Bees have also taken up residence there. There’s quite a beehive of activity in our sole tree.
